I’m an ordained minister performing marriages (binding) and Unbinding Ceremonies of all outdated contracts made throughout this life and lifetimes passed. Using Peruvian shaman ceremonial practices we release and set free these energetic ties for new experiences in this life.

In South Africa, I owned and operated my own health clinic specializing in weight loss and healing modalities. In South Africa I was a licensed massage therapist, reflexologist and aroma therapist. In 1997 I immigrated to the United States with my family. Since then I have added hundreds of hours of trainings, Quantum Touch, Body Talk Systems, Crystal Healing and Oracle Card readings to my skill set, as well as ordained ministry.

Living on the border of the Navajo reservation for many years, and through close friendships, I learned many of the Native Navajo practices, as well as, being adopted as a Native American Medicine Woman.

Even though I have known my purpose since I was really young, being in the Peruvian jungle, for 2 months, mostly alone, allowed me to understand the deeper meaning of connection that is possible. Spending so much time alone in nature, while on a strict diet using the medicines recommended by the shaman in that area, changed my perspective of the world, my purpose and enhanced the desire to assist others to awaken to their own potential of who they are and assist them to find their own path.

Over the years I have cultivated many passions, one of which is connecting with nature and animals, learning what they have that is so unique and beautiful. While in the jungle of Peru I learned how intelligent even the smallest insect is and I read many books there on studies done on butterflies and ants to prove this theory to be true. I witnessed first hand many amazing things every day, from communication between two different kinds of fireflies, to having a one on one encounter with a Jaguar the last night I was in "tambo".

As A Whole...

My life has taken me through many vast and different experiences, crossing oceans, owning businesses, living a self sustaining lifestyle off the grid, and being an artisan of almost everything you can think of, from wine and cheese making on large and small scales to farming and everything in between.

A love for learning, growth, and expansion has always permeated my experience and an ability to do anything I have ever wanted or tried. These experiences have shaped me and bring a seasoning not much else could.

I am excited to share this journey with you.

Ingrid.

My Passions

I have a passion for nature, painting, music and life itself.

I have always had a powerful connection with nature and animals and have learned that beauty lies in their unique and simple ways. While in the jungle of Peru I witnessed the intelligence of nature reflected through watching the communication between two different species of fireflies, to having a one on-one encounter with a powerful and fearless Jaguar.

A Bit More...

Another passion I have is art. I love expressing myself through painting in different mediums. The painting shown here is just one of almost two hundred paintings I have painted over the years and I have recently acquired a passion for writing. I am presently writing my own book which is scheduled to be published this year.

Music, Travel, Outdoors

Traveling is a passion that brings me into direct experience with other people and cultures allowing me to love  the diversity and to accept the beauty of all.   My love for nature is mirrored in my devotion for music and I play many musical instruments.  I enjoy hiking, camping, and  In the past years have spun my own yarn from my own sheep, have woven, knitted and crocheted many items and have sewn my own clothes, drapes and too many other things to mention. My passion for life has assisted me through many difficult times and has served me well. And so I can say ............I LOVE LIFE!

As A Whole...

My life has taken me through many vast and different experiences; crossing oceans, owning businesses, living a self sustaining lifestyle off the grid, and being an artisan of uncommon old-world crafts from wine and cheese making on large and small scales to farming and everything in between.

A love for learning, growth, and expansion have always permeated my experience and an ability to do anything I have ever wanted or tried. These experiences have seasoned and shaped me through adversity and triumphs like nothing else could. Now I am ready and excited to share this journey with you.
