It starts with a private interview - You and I explore where you are now and the beliefs you feel have held you captive. We address and release all fears before the ceremony.
The unbinding ceremony is held at night either in a group or in the privacy of your home. Dressed in white you release all promises, contracts entered into, either verbally, ceremonially or through vows.
The ceremony is done in silence.
